A director’s bio (200 words)
Synopsis of content (200 words)
Runtime
Year completed
List of any festivals where the film has screened
Contact information

Format requirements:

Must be NTSC, Region 1 formatted DVD
DVDs must not include labels or stickers of any kind. Many consumer labeling products (like stickers) can damage the disc and players. Burned discs should have Project Title and Contact Information on the disc with a felt tip pen.
